Apple and Celery Cake Cookies

The boys have been teething out their big back teeth lately, and cookies and bread have been their preferred form of food.

I thought I'd make them something tasty and sneak in some fruit and veg! You would have nooooo idea that there's celery in here!

These are a melt-in-your-mouth cake textured cookie (similar to a whoopie cookie if you've had one!)
